Birthday Booking Information:

Booking are 2 hours in duration. The booking would include the two hands on rooms, one standard show or a hands-on lab* and an area set aside for the group to unwrap gifts or eat a snack (no food or beverages will be supplied). The standard schedule is 0.5 hours in each hands-on room, 0.5 to 0.75 hours for the show and the remaining time in the snack area. If a hands-on lab is chosen the timeline would vary depending on the lab, please call for details.

Times available for Booking Birthday Parties:
Weekday evenings 3PM- 5PM, 4PM-6PM, or 5PM-7PM.
Saturdays 10AM-Noon and 2PM-4PM

Standard Booking Charge:

$125 per booking. There is a $5.00 per person charge for each party guest beyond the 10 person limit, special permission is required for more than 15 persons.*(an additional charge may apply if a hands-on lab is chosen).

A down payment of $25 is required 1 week in advance and full payment is required before the start of the party. Payment options are cash or a cheque made out to the BIG Little Science Centre

Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a minimum number of adults. The first 5 adults accompanying children are not charged admission. Adults beyond the first 5 are charged $5 per person.

If group is over age 18 than all participants pay full admission (including parents)

Maximum 15 guests excluding adults (unless by special request)
